This notice covers this website (mmph.shop). MANA and ShopMate, and the shops that use them, are separate services with their own privacy notices.

Who we are

MTG Marketplace Philippines ("MMPH", "we"). You can reach us at contact@mmph.shop.

What we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form:

• your name and email address,
• the topic you chose and your message,
• the language of the page you used, and your IP address, which we keep to deal with abuse and spam.

We do not ask you to create an account on this website.

How we use it

To read your message and reply to you. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Our team, and the service providers we need to run the site: our web host and our email provider. They handle the information only to provide those services.

Cookies

This site sets only essential cookies (a session cookie and a security token that protect the contact form). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation, and then delete them.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you may ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted or blocked, and you may object to how it is used. Write to contact@mmph.shop. You also have the right to complain to the National Privacy Commission.
